Agedi Sam – Monegasque holding company of the eponymous group operating since 1927 in the real estate services sector and, specifically, strategic consulting, with offices in the Principality of Monaco, Italy, France, Luxembourg and Russia – has successfully completed the brokerage for the sale of a package of 35 parking spaces in the Carré d’Or in the Principality of Monaco for a total value of about €10,000,000. Undoubtedly an important transaction, as underlined also by Repubblica, when compared with the cost of the parking spaces, for sale and lease, worldwide.

The parking spaces are located in a luxury property right in the heart of the Principality, where the demand for parking to house the many supercars and sports cars of the over 12,000 billionaires who live in Monaco, has always been very high and an average parking space costs €300,000. Developed on a territory of just over 2 km2, the Principality of Monaco holds the record of the highest real estate market in the world, with an average price for apartments of about €44,000 per square meter.

“The Principality of Monaco remains attractive for the historical reasons that have determined its importance at the international level: institutional stability, a particularly effective public order policy, a very favorable fiscal regime and, of course, an exceptional climatic and geographical position. – commented Sandrine Bastien, Director of Agedi Sam – Owning a parking space is a privilege of the few, even in Monte-Carlo, where everyone aspires to park their car close to home or work. The prices reflect, of course, this necessity”.
