The Chairman of Agedi Italia – Italian branch of the Agedi Group with offices in the Principality of Monaco, Italy, France, Russia and Luxembourg – Valeria Genesio, has been awarded the International Rising Star Prize, Economy category, in the “Good Practices 2020 – Culture Economy Information” award. The Award was presented by NewsReminder, in collaboration with the European Parliament – Ufficio Italia.
The International “Good Practices” Award aims to highlight the most praiseworthy initiatives and experiences, including behavioural ones, carried out in the fields of Culture, Economy and Information. Initiatives by professionals, entrepreneurs, workers and, more generally, by all those whose activity affects our interconnected society.
Among the 2020 winners are journalists, artists, economists, managers, entrepreneurs and many other leading figures of our society.

Valeria Genesio, Chairman of Agedi Italia, Rising Star – Economics
Valeria Genesio, lawyer, has been at the head of the Italian branch of the Agedi Group since 2009, carrying out, with her managerial and legal skills, real estate operations and services provided by the company. The specific focus is on real estate development projects, also of a social nature, on behalf of non-profit and ecclesiastical entities.

The 2020’s “Good Practices” Awards
The winners of the first edition were announced at Re Mind – Filiera Immobiliare’s Think Thank in November. Alessandro Galimberti, President of the Ordine Giornalisti Lombardia (Lombardy Journalists’ Association), who was also awarded in the Information section, moderated the event. Speakers included Carlo Corazza, Director of the Italian Office of the European Parliament, Paolo Crisafi, President of Re Mind Filiera Immobiliare. With the participation of the Minister of Education, Lucia Azzolina, the Minister for Public Administration, Fabiana Dadone, the Subsecretary for Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism, Lorenza Bonaccorsi. Finally, with the contribution of the President of the Commission for Cultural Heritage and Public Education of the Senate, Riccardo Nencini, and the President of the Lazio Region, Nicola Zingaretti.
Carlo Corazza, Director of the European Parliament’s Italian office, also commented:
“Good practices at European level are the way to strengthen a common pandemic strategy. In order to create a synergic basis of initiatives between the Member States […] Good practices on living which are the subject of in-depth studies between the European Parliament and Re Mind Real Estate, especially with regard to urban regeneration, the green economy, the security of territories and cities and their buildings and installations. More generally, the collaboration between the European Parliament – Italian Office and the new editorial project NewsReminder is aimed at enhancing good practices in the fields of information, culture and economy…”.
