Agedi entrusted with the management and enhancement of LILT Milano Monza e Brianza’s real estate assets

The “Lega Italiana per la Lotta contro i Tumori”, also known as LILT, of Milano Monza e Brianza has entrusted Agedi with the management and enhancement of its real estate assets, aiming to optimize the resources allocated to its institutional mission: prevention, early diagnosis, and support for cancer patients. 

Agedi’s activities will cover the organization’s entire real estate portfolio, with the goal of developing effective and sustainable value-enhancement strategies. With a strong track record in asset management for non-profit organizations, religious institutions, and dioceses, Agedi will support LILT in maximizing the potential of its assets, ensuring a balance between economic sustainability and social impact.
