Technical Management

Our technical and maintenance services are planned according to a client’s specific requirements along with the individual characteristics of a property to ensure correct ad effective care.
Our technical team plans on an annual basis and performs any interventions to keep an estate efficient and fully functioning and as necessary. Our main areas of intervention include budgeting, planning and execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
